My annual review is now due also. Additionally I've been looking at a variation due to moving house recently. I suppose I'll have to continue paying the old amount until the dust settles (whenever that will be!).

Going on a reply I have seen on another forum they require 6 months wage slips and bank statements, I am the same Clifford watts were doing our PPI but arnt they part of PJG? I sent an email to Mickey my contact at the PPI firm and he has also left the company! We started all that back in Feb at our first review. Hate all this it is causing terrible arguments with my husband he is very laid back and doesn't understand my anxieties I deal with everything and I am back to panic attacks just like I was this time 2 years ago. Just getting comfort from this amazing forum at the moment.

Inter-locking IVA approved 25th Feb 2013 - F&F offer Accepted 06th July 2017 - Completion Certificate received 20th July 2017
Yes, Clifford Watts were part of PJG. I too started proceedings last February, and got an automated email from Mickey Griffiths at the beginning of September to say he no longer worked for the company. Surely the claim would have made some progress, or would we have to start again?
P.s, my husband and I are exactly the same. I'm such a worrier, and he says don't worry, it will all be fine. Its good to know there are others going through this at the same time and we can compare notes xx

I've just had my letter too, very worrying times. My wife and I are only 10 months in so have a long way to go. I guess worst case scenario, if they demand a significant increase in monthly contributions i will default and go for bankruptcy.
This of course is emotion talking, but this is what happens when you get sold out. Feel massively let down.
They can't demand an increase. Only at review time can your contributions go up. And then only by 50% of any new surplus above and beyond the original figure you started with.
we received post today a letter from
mel and a letter from creditfix in same envelope. Still feeling angry and disappointed. Worried about review and altering allowances although been told they cant but we'll have to see i guess. Im anatutal worrier too and thought had it all planned and could finally relax re:finances but back to where we were 2 years ago with sleepless nights and worry. My next concern is if creditfix fold and we all get moved again! hubby says 'dont worry wont happen' but we thought that about Mel!!!!
Harrysmum...i wondered when youd post as we started about the same time and not seen you for a while x hope youre ok despite all this.
Hubert is right. No IP can backdate increases which were agreed at the meeting of creditors or at a subsequent review. Keep whatever evidence of increased outgoings just to be on the safe side but hopefully everyone is worrying unnecessarily and once the first reviews are done by CF we may see some more positive posts.
Spoke to Stuart at Creditfix this morning, surprised they were open at 8.30. Expressed my concerns and worries above the transfer. He reassured that there will be no changes etc.
Reviews will take place at their usual time and for self-employed folk they require the same as PJG which is accounts, copy of tax return and completed I&E - didn't mention bank statements to me.
Feeling better at the moment but it will be in the back of my mind.
I just tried to find Credit Fix Limited on Companies House, but all I can find is various offices that have been dissolved or closed. Their head office is in the Republic of Ireland, which Companies House doesn't cover unfortunately.
I found the following on Linked In:
Creditfix Limited is an experienced insolvency practice which provides a number of products and services addressing the needs of individuals, families and companies who are experiencing financial difficulties.
"Having acquired McCann Taylor in 2007, Creditfix Limited provides expert debt advice and debt solution products to the U.K. and Ireland with offices in Glasgow, Leeds, Carlisle, Dublin and Cork."
So they've taken over other firms before (not sure if that's good or bad!). It states that their company size is between 51-200 employees, so a much bigger firm. Certainly not what we are used to with PJG.
Their auto-reply to the customer services email address states that they will respond within 72 hours. Marvellous!
Offices in Glasgow, Leeds, Carlisle, Dublin and Cork. Hope they don't request a face-to-face meeting (being as I live in Norwich)- lol
Well I have had some spare time today and have done some more research into the Creditfix company and it doesn't make easy reading. Looks like that from 2007 they have been cold calling and getting people to take out IVAs.
They also appear to have been sending out new T&Cs to people (see post by Anaheim 02 06 2014) where s/he says "We didn't return the form agreeing to the new terms and conditions (IP fees uplift) instead we asked questions, almost 7 months later they still haven't been answered"
I know that there are many people on here who really trust Mel to transfer people over to a reputable outfit but the more I read the less reputable these people seem to be and the more I (perhaps unkindly and I feel a bit guilty about it) wonder if Mel took the money and ran. Here are some links that I have found from moneysavingexpert - I am struggling to find any evidence that they are in any way caring or supportive as PJG was.
