I too have been transferred to Creditfix, and received the confirmation email last week. I email them yesterday @ 13.45 and got a reply @ 18.30 so not to bad, I basically asked if they require my payslip sending monthly as I did with PJG, a Jamie Mooney replied to confirm they only want them at review time. My 4th review isn't until next May so hopefully I'll have more of an idea what's going on by then! Really disappointed that I'm still not with PJG as my IVA has gone really well so far and really had minimal contact PJG as a result (and with the forum) especially as others have said with the I&E, they were really understanding. My wife and I even had pay rises just after 1st and 2nd reviews and they left it until the following review so we've basically had 2 of the 3.5 years of the IVA with more money than budgeted for we even managed a holiday this year! Fingers crossend thing go ok with creditfix!
Two farmers lived beside one another but hated each others guts. One day Farmer Smith was harvesting when his tractor broke down in the middle of it. He had to finish the harvest that day so his only option was to ask his neighbour for a lend of his tractor.
Farmer Smith set off up the driveway to Farmer Jone's house and began to think. He thought what will happen when I get to the gate and he surmised;
Farmer Jones will say 'Hello Farmer Smith and what can I do for you?'.
I'll say 'I need to borrow your tractor'.
He'll say 'Why what happened your tractor?'
I'll say 'I broke my tractor'
He'll say 'Well what if you break my tractor?'
I'll say 'Then I'll fix your tractor'
He'll say 'Well why don't you fix your own tractor?'
I'll say 'I haven't got time to fix my tractor'
He'll say 'Well how will you have time to fix my tractor?'
I'll say 'I'll make time to fix your tractor'
Just at this moment he arrives at Farmer Jones farm and Farmer Jones was leaning on the gate. Farmer Jones said 'Hello Farmer Smith and what can I do for you?'.
To which Farmer Smith replied 'I'll tell you what you can do. You can stick your effing tractor up your a**!'

You had a holiday!! Lets hope Credit Fix don't get wind of it or your payments will rocket ha ha! [:o)]
Hi all
Hubby rec'd his letter today didn't know anything about this, feel very upset and worried his review is next Friday, only 2 more years left. It has been very stress free up until now and now all my worry and anxiety is back, I have read through all the posts and I just don't know what to expect, hubby is very calm about it all so I guess we shall see, I just hope this new company are good I already suffer from depression and had a breakdown at the beginning of the IVA I just don't want this to set me back. Feeling down x
Just got our letters today, myself and partner … thought we might have escaped the cull as never received emails. Our reviews are in July so a log time to worry so we aren't going to do. We can't change anything and hopefully everyone will be worrying for nothing.
Nothing will change in the short term and to be honest we have never had to contact Mel or her team apart from at our first review so part from the dealings with them prior to getting our IVA we have nothing to compare it to. We will give Creditfix the benefit of the doubt and hope that if we ever need them they will be approachable and fair.

Hehe... I hope it was just camping in a tent in your own garden! [:D]
Glad to see some smiles on here. There's been far too much worry and stress of late.
Just got my letter today, will wait and see what happens before passing judgement. I think I might have deleted my email as I recall seeing something in my spam folder yesterday.

Well, I've just read the post from CreditFix and thought I'd phone PJG, half expecting for the line to be terminated. Nope. A member of staff answered the phone 'Hello, PJG Recovery, how can I help?'.
I asked if they were still taking on new IVA's, which was answered in the affirmative.
To be honest, having cooled down a bit from the initial shock of the transfer of my IVA, this has annoyed me even more.
I think I could have accepted it if PJG had folded, hence selling off the book, but actually all they've done is sold the majority of their existing book and are carrying on as normal.
Bang out of order in my opinion. I'm sorry, Mel may be great and all that, but she's sold out and let us down. Call me a hater if you want, but fact is fact, she's sold the majority of her book and left a lot of people that trusted in her in a very worrisome situation (deservedly or not).
And to not even have the decency to come on here and address her audience. Epic fail.
There are, I believe, half a dozen IPs at PJG and I think the books being disposed of are those of two of the IP's rather than that of the whole company. So am guessing the others are still taking on cases. Pure conjecture, I hasten to add.

If you are right in what you say Foggy then surely all of us transferred could have been kept within the company (of course i dont know how they operated) but it seems strange to me to sell us off when PJG are taking on new IVA clients.
That thought did occur to me --- could be that the other IP's simply did not have the funding available or maybe just the will. Of course there might be other restrictions of which I am not aware.
