Hi 'Comfortably Numb', when did you make your last payment to PJG? Made ours on Oct 13th following a F&F, my case has not been transferred but I'm wondering how long it will take to get it closed? I agreed to a PPi check of course so assumed it would drag on for a few months but I seem to remember you finished your IVA a similar time to me?

Dougie, my last payment was on 1st September for anniversary date of 8th September. Obviously your situation is different as you had a F&F and PPI check so I'd have no idea of the completion timescale.

I hope you get it soon!

That is the right address. Hopefully they will respond very soon - i would imagine they are inundated with emails seeking reassurances, however a simple acknowledgement to confirm receipt would be nice.
Maybe resend it on Friday with an amended subject header of 2ND ATTEMPT to highlight itself

I am about to email PJG..... errrrrrr... I mean Credit Fix as I am getting a bonus in this month’s payslip.

I will have to abide by the 10/50/50 rule which is fine but want to know how to make the uplift payment. Let’s see if their email response is any quicker when they know money is about to fly their way.

Also, I would like to add my much respect for Andy Davie for leaving this thread unlocked/open. I know a few mods wanted it locked because a lot of people were not dancing to the “happy IVA tune” because of the recent selling down the river by PJG.
