Phoned CF with a query today, took a while to get through but they will deal with my query. I also mentioned that it was my Annual Review next month, she said she would send the paper work out for me as it could have been delayed a couple of months due to the transfer.

I'll see what paper work they require, hopefully will be straightforward.

Well not overly filled with confidence. Emailed creditfix last Wednesday got an automated reply saying would receive a response within 72 hours. Still waiting......

I wonder if we and I include myself in this were spoilt by Melanie and her 100% excellent customer service, always a name never a number and almost always instantaneous replies to phone/email queries.

newtoallthis I would definitely send it again stating they've not replied if you've not heard tomorrow.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I think you may be right Lesley ... if its like my comms standards at work we have 10 working days to respond ... we aim to send an acknowledgement in 3 working days and an update after 5 if not resolved ... not always possible but keeping the customer informed helps to build stronger trust amongst all parties

Ive emailed 4 times now the same email over the course of 2 weeks. Resent this morning saying how lack of response does not instill confidence and how i doubt i would be allowed 2 weeks of silence if they had requested something from me. Got an automated response which ive not had before then an actual reply late this evening. My husband gets paid weekly. We would scan/email his payslips quarterly and have them filed for use at review but creditfix only want them at review :-( so thats 52/53 payslips to save copy and send plus my own. not what i hoped theyd say but hey ho.

Scan and save them weekly your end then its a matter of simply attaching to an email at the right time.

Hi, in response to Credit-King's post, I paid my uplift for November yesterday in the usual way - into the PJG Bank account and emailed Creditfix to let them know and included a copy of my wageslip. They emailed back the same day saying that they don't require wageslips to be sent unless there is additional income (which I presume would be anything over the uplift limit). I did also email them last week about my annual review (it was due in October) - I've had no paper work through and they told me to wait a few weeks and then email them again about it!
Many thanks for your response Kitikat, Please let us know how your review goes, what the procedure is like with CF and even if it happens at all!

Has anyone had any progress since transferring to Creditfix?

After 3 weeks of chasing them I have had an email today to say my case has just been handed to the supervision team before going to the closure team (we paid our final 60th payment to Mel's team just before the transfer). Watch this space!!

We make our final payment in 2 weeks time so hopefully we will get some sort of response from cf pretty soon after, will let you all know what happens.

I agree with you lesley that we were spoilt with the speed of response we got from Mel re any queries we had, cf really should respond within a few days though because a delay sets a lot of us worrying again and none of us want that.

I think we have to accept Credifix will have a lot of catching up/ familarising to do in the first few months, so perhaps we should be patient ( more so us who have a long way to go) . I had an initial response and am hoping to have confirmation my uplift was correct as soon as possible .

I have been in the same boat,I only have 1 year and 6mths to go and now this! I feel like my head gonna explode and had sleepless night!
I rang Creditfix the other day as I want to know about the letter I receive and they are very knowledgable. Then out of curiosity I ask if I want to terminate my iva early, how much would I need to pay and they told me £14k!!!! When I ask Mel team in June I was told about 6k plus...what is going on?
I have claim one PPI the cheque has been sent to god knows where either Mel or Creditfix but I heard nothing! I been paying instalment for my husband overtime and can I continue to do that? I recently had an accident and am waiting for my compensation, do I need to give or share with Creditfix as it is a personal injury compensation? My boy has also has lots more activity that I have to pay but out of my own pocket can I put it on my I&e? Child tax credit say I owe them money again and again and I m paying them back by instalment, can I put that on my i&e as well? My husband overtime is all over the place.my mum is getting old and I love to visit her,can I go abroad on holiday? Arrghhhh....my blood pressure is going up and I think I m very quickly sinking back into depression!

Interesting. When I rang CF about F&F the agent said to start really low with the offer and to keep upping it bit by bit. They seem to have two different tactics - but I was not comfy with what I was told as it was very different to what PJG said.
