I was playing monopoly with the family last night and got wiped out on Mayfair. I questioned if in the rules I could apply for an IVA, but no-one wanted the game to last another 5 years[8D]

Dont forget the PPI claim from his first little green house that he had forgotten about so you could be looking at 7 years min before the game completes and thats only if you enter an IVA if another player were to as well if the banker failed to lend/ pay out for passing go it could even be longer.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

This thread absolutely tickled me.... especially about the equity in the little green houses.

It's true what they say "little things, please little minds" comment aimed at myself by the way.
IVA Completed August 2011

Nice to see a little humour amidst the VAT/PPI/case closure dominance of the forum right now.

Ha Ha.... possibly a new earner for an IVA company.. Monopoly IVA version [8D]

Not a game I've actually played a lot - I remember once I got a Community Chest card that said "Pay £50 or take a Chance card", of course I take the Chance card - "Drunk in charge - fine £200" [:D] Not really hard to see why I'm in an IVA, eh? [:D]
Final payment 1st April 2016.
Completion Certificate received 19th May 2016.

Only way to play Monopoly is be the banker and keep sliding money under the board when nobody is looking :) Or as my family used to do throw a hissy fit and flip the board up in the air
5 years for a game of Monopoly thats nothing ours used to go on and on and on and on

Lol! Someone always tips the board up! Or storms off! Don't think we ever completed a game in our house as a child..
