we have an IVA with "no modifications", can you please explain exactly what this means for me. The worry is that because of the IVA leaving us virtually skint every month, I have been forced to take peomotion in order to earn a bit more, and my husband has been working lots of overtime, all of this has obviusly given us a lot more stress that we really weren't prepared for, and quite honestly didn't need or want. we have now been asked for our P60's and I am worried sick as we still don't have any cash. Please advise as sson as you can as we are desperate and must send our P60's asap.

Hi sun and welcome to the forum

The "no modifications" means that your creditors were perfectly happy with the arrangement put forward and did mot wish to make any variations.

If you are struggling to pay your IVA contributions, then chat things through with your Supervisor to see what he/she can suggest. They are asking for your P60s to verify your income, presumably as part of an annual review?
