please can you give me infomation on what to do

have been cab and he told me i can have a counciller free because i am on income support i have to collect all information i have of my debt and take it to him and he will write to the debters will this work?? i dont have anymoney really to pay back the full lot will he try and get some knocked on the head???

This should stop most of the creditor hassle but you need to declare bankruptcy once you can afford to so that you have a fresh start

Ask at the CAB if there are any schemes whereby you could claim charitable status and have the bankruptcy fees funded in full. A number of domestic utility company's offer such schemes and the CAB counsellors will be very well versed in this.
