Hi ami - you will need to look at a five year IVA with an equity release at the end. Creditors will take the view that if you can pay for two years, why not pay for five!

hi melanie and zoe,
the reason i can not commit for five or six years is because of constent pain on my left leg(plunter fecitisia).in last two years i was five month offsick and sick again since april this years and may take another few months before go back to work. i might have to go to part time because of sickness.I feel i have not got any more energy left to fight for five years.

Ami
I am sorry that you are unwell.
I really think you need to chat to an IP and weigh up your options.
As Melanie says i dont think that they would go for what you are offering.
Hope this helps
