Hi parjay, free bump from me [:)]

I will be interested to see the replies as I am hopefully in the process soon of doing the same. I believe you need to supply recent bank statements and other docs from what I have read and been told on here.

Not sure if anything else is needed??

Also are you already on a Iva, Dmp or you wanted to start a Iva and conclude early with a F&F settlement?

[:D]

Parjay - you're with GT aren't you?

Give them a ring to see what they require.

Hi Parjay

Should you wish to offer creditors a full and final settlement we would require a letter from whoever is in the arrangement confirming the proposal together with a letter from the source supplying the funds confirming how much they are willing to offer and also that this money is available for the settlement of the arrangement.

You will be also be required to complete an income and expenditure summary to reflect your current financial circumstances.

As previously advised I am available to deal with your queries direct and would ask that you contact my office and I will assist you in putting forward your offer.
Regards, Roisin Duffy, Supervision Manager, McCambridge Duffy
