Thanks Julie, I know it will work out, I've got a great feeling about it all. X

Jan, please take care, it doesn't sound good and you certainly can't go to work, you'll be in agony. I have no idea about back pain so can't advise anything but put your feet up and don't move! X

Trouble is though Julie, that would necessitate hubby massaging it in - the last time he did that, I ended up worse than before, crawling into the doctors surgery on hands and knees![:D]

I'll stick with the pain killers!

Hi Viki

I was wondering what happened to you too, glad the training is going well though and youre out of the flea pit for the rest of the week.

Hope your back gets better soon Jan, where do these things come from eh? The little nasty back fairies doing some evil in the night. Youre the third person this week living on pain killers due to back nasties.

take care guys.

Ah Viki, wondered where you were today, now we know[;)] I thought perhaps you were still poorly but then I thought, no not viki. Nothing could stop her from being on the Forum[:D]even if she was still poorly.

Glad to hear that the Training is going well and that you're enjoying it, even though you were in a grotty guest house. A few years ago, we went to Brighton for a long weekend and stayed in the guest house from hell. It was above an Indian Takeaway and the wallpaper was hanging off the walls and it was real grotty.[:(] Didn't even get in the bed, we just put a towel on top and slept on that[:D] Both nights we came back a little drunk, just a little bit[;)]and that really helped as by then we didn't care what it looked like.[:)]

Jan,

Sorry to hear about your Back, hope you feel better soon. I've had Back Pain in the past so know what you are going through. If you are able to, I'd take a couple of days off to recover as moving around at work could be agony. Take Care of yourself and get hubby to pamper you[:)]

xx

Hi Vicki
Glad you sorted the hotel out and are nice and comfy now. Job sounds good too. x

Jan taking an anti inflammatory can sometimes have a better effect, like ibuprofen,(make sure you eat something when you have them though) if its getting worse go to the doc. Hope you feel better soon.

Jan, how are you today? Did you stay off work. I'm on my lunch so probably won't be able to reply back as I've only got another five minutes but I'll log in as soon as I'm back at the hotel. Hope your back's better. X
