Please tell me the course of action on my variation date regarding my offer of a full and final settlement. What happens on that day and how do I find out what is happening, how quickly am I informed??

Thanks

I believe it is the same as a creditor meeting, and you will probably find out the same day.

Your IP, or a member of their staff, will call you to advise you of the outcome of your meeting - hopefully within 30 minutes of it actually taking place. If you do not hear anything, there is no harm in you giving them a call, but hopefully this will not be necessary.

It depends on your ip but they will either call you or you call them after the creditors meeting. They should be able to give you an answer that day or advise if they need to postpone to gather more info or votes.
I called about an hour after the meeting and was read the notes on the screen which simply said 'need to send cheque'!

Your IP will tell you the date and time of your variation meeting. Ring him 5 minutes thereafter as he or a member of his staff will have the answer. Good luck.
