I am delighted to hear your news! (we were in similar positions if I remember some of our earlier posts)
It is such a relief, although I am waiting until we get into the routine of paying what we owe so that we can see how we are going to manage with all our expenditure figures. I suppose we won't really know how realistic we've been until we've been paying for 12-18 months and still managing (having said that I am very confident that we will manage!)
Great news.....enjoy the sense of relief!
