ooh ! never heard of that, do have an egg poacher and love poached eggs but they're mostly hard yolks.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Gently lower the egg on a large metal spoon into a pan of boiling water. The egg will immediately start to cook.Take away the spoon and leave for approx 2-3 mins. Then fish the egg out with the same spoon.Risk loosing the whole thing as you drain the water away....Put on freshly toasted granary bread (with butter).I might try the clingfilm method later though[:)]

Fuzzydunlop,[:)]

What a great tip! Thinks you deserve "THE Award for Tip of the Day"[:D]

OT's idea sounds worth trying too, also Cat 1's. I've got one of those microwave Poachers but 9 times out of 10, I leave it too long and it explodes into a gooey mess[:D][:D]

Mmmmmm, now know what to have for Brekkie[:p]
