Would I have to give up my pension payments if i entered into an IVA? I am on an interest only mortgage and the lump sum I receive when i retire would cover by mortgage debt.

If i had to opt out of my pension then an IVA would not be option for me.

Creditors may ask you to take a pensions holiday during the IVA period, but I rarely see them attacking occupational pensions to be honest.
