Positive response from creditor

After we had written to creditors telling them we were taking advice on our debts,to our surprise several wrote back to say they were putting things on hold for a month. As our IVA has taken us a while to get everything ready however, after a month normal service resumed (letters and calls).

We changed our phone number as the calls never stopped, and BT said we would then be ex-directory. However they put our new number online, so we were soon tracked down. Wrote again to creditors saying we were entering an IVA and the calls, if not all the letters, have stopped, thankfully.
