Is it possible to get a mortgage if you have an IVA? Is there a website or company that specialise in this? I would like to find out if I would get accepted for a mortgage to obtain a part buy part rent house.

Hi hara,

It is highly unlikely that you will get a mortgage whilst in an IVA. You'd also have to inform your IP of your intentions as well.

Hi
I think at the moment the short answer is no.
Unless you have a chunky deposit there doesn't seem to be any company willing to loan to people in current IVA's
