HI There, is it possible to get part of your debt on an IVA and have a remaining small debt that you can afford. As i have a mortgage with one of them and would like to open an account with them? Also will this affect my remortgaging in the future as in next year?

Regards

Welcome to the forum Carlos. As far as I am aware all unsecured debts have to be taken into account in an IVA. However I am not an expert but I'm sure one will be along in a minute or three
When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

Not at all. An IVA is a process to deal with all of your debts, and not just a selection of those you choose to include. I do not think that the fact that you owe a mortgage lender money on an unsecured account would necessarily stop you gettin a mortgage with them in any case.
