Me and my partner split up and we were in an iva only a couple of months but we missed 4 payments as i wasnt working and he also couldnt pay the iva. we are now back together and have sorted things out but want to redo an iva together is this possible? I cant work as im on incapacity benefit due to mental health and my partner works but our only disposable income MAX £200 to give the creditors and was wondering if this would be accepted as our creditors bill is £70,000.

Do you know if the IVA has actually been failed yet?? Do you own any property with equity in it??

Glad you are back together again.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Hi
Contact your IP and see where you ar with your IVA.
I doubt if £200 per month will be viablein an IVA for 70k of debts unless you have an equity release possibility.
If you have no or little equity then bankruptcy should be considered
