Hi
1)Full and final offer accepted on 15th September. Was told could take 3 months for certificate to process. Is this correct or is this too long and should i push my company to get it sorted?
2) PPI. It looks like a company has reopened a PPI case for me and possible, in a few weeks/months might be in my favour. If this is completed after i recieve my completion certificate is the money (if any) mine to keep. And if it is with a company that fell under the IVA umbrella are they allowed to keep it once the IVA has been completed
Cheers
Bobby

Depends what it says on your completion letter - some of them are leaving PPI claims open.

Completion letters can take a while to come through.

I was with GT and my CC was received two months after my final payment and I was removed One and half months after I received the CC.

PPI re-opened several months before my last payment.

My CC stated that PPI claims are still on-going. No idea how long this will take....
IVA commenced April 2009 and completion certificate issued on the 25th August 2015..

PPI still on-going

I'm there....
