Today a cheque arrived for a PPI refund due to us. £1400. I know it has to be paid to IP, but how cruel [V] to see it there with our names on [:(]
Shame I can't deduct the 8% interest they have promised before forwarding too but hopefully we will see some of it at the end of the agreement.

Happened to us a few times during our IVA. It does smart having it in your hand then putting it in an envelope to post to GT...

Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

I can imagine the pain, but you know you're doing the right thing and hoping your IVA runs smoothly for you. x

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

					Hi

Makes you wonder if there are some IVA cases where had the debtor not had PPI added to their loans etc they would have managed payments and not become insolvent ?

                   Regards

Was the PPI from one of your creditors? If not, you might be able to keep 100% of it.
