Again - if the client took the PPI fully understanding the term and condition of the PPI, then there would be no case for mis selling, a a fully paid up IVA would have to conclude.
This sounds very much like amblance chasing,looking for potential and as such the firm/person would have to prove "mis selling".
A simple declaration stating they fully understand the term and conditions and the PPI was taken out without duress, surely would invalidate any future claims. And again the IVA would have to conclude

Yesterday 17th I contacted my IP's office and spoke to the Case Administrator who handled my proposal and paper work for my F&F. Later on in the evening my Insolvency Practitioner rang me and discussed the matter regarding mis-sold PPI's and his position as IP. I believe the matter has been amicably resolved.
I look forward to receiving my completion certificate.
