Hi all,
I've completed my 5yr payments and I am 6mnths in on the additional 12mnths but my IP says my monthly contributions will not meet the final figure.
I asked if i could claim the ppi from these and use that to offset the oustanding amount and was told not to bother and pay more monthly.
Also had the late night PPi claim calls, asked one of them what i could do and he said he'd get someone to call me back......3 weeks & still waiting.
I see others have claimed ppi on here, why am i different or do they do it at the end of the IVA so they can keep it?

Easy for them to say! They'll not be the ones working their knackers off to meet a minimum dividend on a product that was mis-sold anyway!!!
It is easy to claim the PPI yourself using template letters which can be found on the web. This means that all the money will go towards clearing your debt. If you use a claims co you may get stung for the fee but find you have no cash in your hands to pay them as the refunds will either go direct to your IP or be used to reduce the outstanding balance.
Congrats on making it this far...nearly there now x
