Makes little differnce It's got the start of an IVA on the reigistar. So if they clocked 59 months past and then say month 61 your no loner there, they know you've completed, simple!
And it's just a rolling check each day and see who's gone wouldn't suprise me if they have a computer bot that just does on auto 24/7
Alderson - I post on the other forum and I know that BR comes off pretty much the day of discharge and IVA can take up to three months - I've just checked my own record and it states three months on there.
Not sure I understand sponge's comment about the CMC keeping the fee or charging it to the claimant - as they appear to operate on a contingency fee basis?
