We finished our Iva over a year and half ago I won a ppi claim and they sent money to them even though account closed will I have to declare any other money I may come into forever ?????
PPI will always belong to your creditors. The good news is that after August it won't matter as PPI will finish.

Hi this is what concerns me too, our IVA was a full and final so only lasted a year 2013/2014 and completion certificate was received then, ppi was claimed as per our arrangement and Halifax were the only creditors who paid although it was a very small amount and it went straight to the IVA and we thought it was over. Now Apperture wanting to claim again as they think there is more to be paid to the IVA, I know after August there is no ppi but I just worry now that there is always going to be some way that the IVA will be looking to claw back any money we come into in the future even though the outstanding debt after our full and final was written off, I fear it never really is. As I said in my previous post I worry is any future inheritance at risk, although our names were removed for the year duration of the IVA and after completion certificate was received were added again. Our six years from approval is this November coming, I wonder will we finally be free??

PPI is pulled into the IVA as it existed, potentially, during the IVA. Any inheritance you come into after the IVA is yours.
