Hi and welcome

It should be sorted by now, are you still making payments into your IVA or has it completed ?

If the matter has had to be referred to the Financial Ombudsman, then there is up to an 18 month waiting list at present, so this could be partly causing the delay in your case. If you are using a claims management company, they should be giving you regular updates of their progress.

No sorry I didn't explain very well I have a IVA that started in 2012 I filled out the PPI as requested and so far nothing has happened..I was just worried after reading peoples posts that it may very well run after the close of my IVA in 2017 as they seem to be painfully slow with everyone waiting and nothing happening.

Am sure any outstanding PPI issues can be sorted out well before 2017 - but sensible to look at this now and do reqest regular updates from the claims management company acting for you.

I am also in the same situation.. I filled out the forms well over a year ago. Do Ip's generally let us know if there is a successful PPI payout?

Emptypockets, my PPI was investigated under the watch of two different Insolvency Companies ( and IPs), neither they nor the claims company told me anything at all unless I asked specifically.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
