Our iva finished in March and we received our certificate shortly after. We questioned CF about the Ppi situation and they've said if we receive any monies we can keep it as they are not perusing it.

Has anyone had any success claiming against creditors?

That's a first!
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Many former creditors will insist on paying the Trustee or setting off the refund against their former debt. If you use a claims company such actions will leave you personally liable for the commission due to them.

So, if you are going to try -- do it yourself !

Don't worry we've got it in writing! We are going to try a couple ourselves and see how we get on.
