I was successfull with my missold ppi only thing as i had £1800 outstanding on loan i got back £530. I accept This but as the money was paid direcly to me i thought at 25% that comes to about 130 pound anyway i disputed this so they put a ccj against me i put this forward to court have not heard anything now got a letter from another debt company looks like they sold debt on dont now why thy have this.they wanted 25% of £1800 =£450 when i got ccj i filled it in explaning am am still waiting for a court date that was 7 months ago.

I wondered that as well. If you are problems with this the best place to go would be the CAB.

Hi - if it is to do with the 25% that a PPI refund company are requesting, I would do what the others have suggested and take all your paperwork to the CAB for some advice. If it's regarding something else, if you can give us some more info we may be able to advise further.
