Muggins please don't generalise about the provision of IVA services to debtors simply based on your own experiences. No client of my firm is "sold" any solution - they are advised about all of the solutions and then choose the one they feel is best for them. Many other IPs operate in exactly the same manner.

And on the subject of Kerry Katona - she has one of the most professional and strict Trustee's in bankruptcy in the profession today. I know, because I trained and worked directly with her. You don't want to believe everything you read in the red tops.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Mel I am not generalising but merely listening to many posters on this forum who are saying the same thing! I'm not meaning to offend you but simply have an opinion which may differ! I would still like to know if it is mandatory to claim for mis sold ppi and if so why are incentives offered to some and not others?
