My IVA was completed last year after we made a full and final, we received our completion paperwork just after New Year.
I have just received a rather snotty letter from a PPI company that work for Aperture saying that we havnt replied and returned our PPI paperwork.
We have returned it once and had it checked, they all said there was nothing to claim.
We have also returned the said recent paperwork back to this company once, but they claim they havnt received it.
My point is now do i have to return it now my IVA is complete.

Hi, you have your completion certificate, so not sure you do in my humble opinion.

However, await an expert opinion.

All the best.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
