Hi all

Just an update on this. After a long battle with Lloyd's which went to the Financial Ombudsman I got 3k back off Lloyd's in a settlement. Lloyd's were on my list of creditors within the IVA. Also I got another 1.5k off Santander of which again I went to the FLA this time and won. So don't give up and challenge. A nice little pot of money for a holiday and also some long awaited jobs on the house! There is a life after the IVA! It's certainly given me a new life skill that previously I was so blazzay about! Those who are going through the IVA experience please stick to it, there is an ending believe me! Thanks for all the advice I have read and been given on here! Top people!Next deadline is for my IVA to drop off the credit file on the 31st August 2016 after the 6 years on public records and creditors records (Experian, Noddle, Equifax). Another celebration needed :-)

Officially IVA Ending 31st August 2015! We've done it :-)
