There is case law from October 2018 that shows that if you had a Trust Deed and DID NOT sign a deed of assignment, you can keep PPI.

It is Donneen Ltd and another v Mond (Cleardebt), case number UKSC 2018/54.

It demonstrates that PPI is far from clear and should any documentation be sent to you from IVA companies and you never had a deed of assignment in place, it is the IVA
companies who are bluffing their way through.
