I am currently on a dmp and one of my creditors has offered me a F&F settlement on my overdraft agreeing to write of £810. If i do this would and could this be seen as making preferencial payments if i later went bankrupt.

Yes it would if you are going to pay them a lot more than you would be paying your other creditors, especially when you are in a structured repayment programme.
