We were asked to make our first payment with the proposal, but with the lack of a debit card or cheque book, it was a bit impossible!

Payplan were happy with this, and as soon as we were approved, we set up the standing order and the first paymen was out within 7 days.

Payplan didn't ask me for anything until my IVA was accepted, then when I received the chairmans call I had to phone Payplan with my bank details and the payments commenced one month later.

We started our payments one week after our approval.

Payplan are pretty good if you can't send your first payment off before approval.
