I looked through and signed my proposal and a courier came this morning to make sure I had signed it and she then takes it back and scans it back to them. She mentioned that I might of needed to send statements of the credit I owe back with the proposal but then after checking the paperwork she said I have listed creditors and account number and balances so shouldnt need to send statements this has confused me now and I am hoping all I needed to send back was a signed proposal did anyone else have to send any paperwork back with there proposal??

Hi, another step closer...I'm sure they'll request anything they need should there be anything. Hopefully have a meeting date very soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi all and thanks for your messages when I spoke with Knightsbridge they said everything was up to date and they didn't need any more info and they would be contacting me with a date set for creditors meeting so just waiting for the date to be set now!! It's so stressful just wishing the time away now so I know what way it's gonna go so I hope I haven't to wait to long before I find out a date :/

Well done Bex, wishing you all the best for the meeting - as Mel's team told me it isn't really in the creditors' interests to turn you down so everything should be fine. And it is a HUGE relief once the meeting is out of the way. We're skint but happy.
