just recieved my proposal from my i.p. its scary seeing it all wrote down and official.my creditors are;

halifax-£10178
littlewoods catalogue-£328
rbs overdraft-£3000
rbs credit card-£1905
rbs credit card-£4375
rbs tesco loan-£24188

i am a bit worried as i didnt realise my tesco loan was with another of my creditors. do you think this will make any difference as i only have 3 creditors now?

my proposal works out at 29pence in the pound. is this a fair offer do you think?

also i just want to say a big thank you to this web site, i have found it invaluable all the way through this process, from just thinking about an iva to now signing my proposal.
Iva finished !

I think they are treated as individual creditors, trust your IP as I am sure they do not put proposals through if they think there is a problem.

Proposals do tend to hit you, don't they C.J. As a novice 29p/£1 sound great to me but I'm sure someone with more expertise will be along with a definite answer
When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

When there's 19p/£ IVA's being accepted and, more recently, even lower, I reckon you have a good chance,
good luck,
xx
It's nice to be back......

mine was 89p in the £ and will probally be 100p in the end due to my husbands commission, but at least it is being sorted and we no longer have any creditors calling us.
