I reckon on 80% - which is still a relatively high statistic and encouraging for anyone thinking of entering into an IVA.

I was told by my ip at Grant Thornton that they had a 98% success rate, if that helps.

With the credit crunch in a place lenders are now going to accept more IVAs,as any offer is better than a BR offer - at last sense and sensability prevails
