Hi all!

Just found this forum, first time posting. Nine months until freedom!!
I have just checked my credit file with experian, and there is no mention of my IVA on there. Is this normal? or is it hidden away somewhere? If any one has any thoughts on this, it would be appreciated.

Check you files with equifax also, and call credit.

It may be hidden away somewhere .

Hi Pete and welcome to the forum, well done on coming this far into your IVA, as Paul suggests check all credit agencies as it may be hidden somewhere x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It will come at the start of your credit report on experian under Public Record Information if it is on there.

Have you check the insolvency register to see if you are on there?
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.

Hello,

I had the same, 1 month after I completed IVA I got an Experian credit report and no mention of the IVA.

However this is not correct info, make sure you put any previous addresses on there. There's no hiding from it, it will be there until exactly 6 years after the start date.

Hope this helps
