Just an update to say - there is no update. Despite my supervisor saying on Monay he would get back to me later that day or on Tuesday I heard nothing so phoned them at 5.15pm today.
Was told he was sorting out some other "more pressing" matters and would get back to me when he could, hopefully by the end of the week.
If he doesn't do something soon I've a good mind to reduce my standing order payment to force the issue.
Why not e-mail him directly to see if that gets a quicker response. IPs are very busy people at the moment, but I make a point of ensuring all of my e-mails are answered at the end of the day - even if it is a 2am in the morning! I hate starting a new day with unanswered telephone calls or e-mails.
I have just read this post and will certainly look into this first thing Monday morning - I promise

I know that the poster may not be online, but I am in the office at the moment for another half an hour if he wants to call my direct line, which is on my profile.
I may also be around for a couple of hours tomorrow around early afternoon, I can't identify him from his username unfortunately so if I can find out who it is I can arrange a further follow up.
Regards.

Thanks for the replies. I'm stil waiting to hear from my supervisor at the moment.
And thank you, David, for promising to look into it on Monday - it's much appreciated.
I have sent you an email (yesterday). Please respond as I am sure you will be pleased as to the outcome of my review.
Best wishes

welcome cleardebt i so hope you get sorted, I have like you recently had my first year review which was nerve racking to say the least although i had nothing to hide etc but with a large increase in mortgage of nearly a £100 that about wiped out my pay rise. I do wonder and have said this before i would like to see some of the government mp's survive on what we are allowed, especially with the cost of living having gone up so much in the last 6 months. I spend nearly £4 on cat food per week, that leaves me with £26 to feed myself healthly etc, eat 5 portions per day, what's that? I can't remember!
good luck cleardebt i so hope you get sorted and i wish you well into your second and subsequent years of your IVA.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

The review has now been done. I sent the following email to you:
"On reviewing the file it was apparent that no account of certain expenditure now being incurred had been taken properly into account.
The Supervisor has now agreed a reduction in the monthly instalment and apologies for the error on behalf of the case administrator".
Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Thank you, David, for all your help.
It's much appreciated and makes a real difference.
To fellow posters, thanks for all your help and kind advice.
I was frustrated in previous posts and may have gone on a bit about the situation but I'm more than happy at the outcome.
Thanks to all.
