Hi All,

I thought I would post with a update with our regards to our PVA.

Early this year we had arrears in our arrangement which has caused the PVA to fail.

On the plus side we are in a postion whereby equity gain in a commercial property that we own (with mortgage) is such that we are now able to put forward a lump sum full and final settlement.

This offer is based on the proceeds of the sale at auction going to creditors at reduced dividend. This variation has today been accepted in principle by HMRC (41% of the vote) and it is looking likely that the other creditors will agree.

The creditors meeting for this variation will be held on 21/03/2008 and I will let everyone know the outcome.

Regards

Carl
