Hi i was hoping for some help.

we went to CCCS online for help when deciding what options we needed to look at however at the moment when i go through debt remedy it now asks that i call which i am sure is nothing to worry about but now paniking me.

it always gave us option of IVA but i am worried now thats not the case

just to give you brief details our income is 2850 and outgoings are 2500 which leave 350 extra a month with overall debts of 70,000 (inc mortgage shortfall) can anyone answer if we would qualify?

thanks

Hi

An IVA may work with the above figures

Speak with two or three IVA companies just so that you get a second or third opinion

Good luck

It does sound like an IVA could be the answer. As Andy suggests talk to at least 2 or 3 companies who will run through your income and expenditure and see what they say.

Hi Gerogie14 - welcome to the forum,

I wouldn't worry, it might just be that now you've done an online rememdy the natural next step is to call and take it further.

Your numbers sound viable for an IVa but it is always best to talk everything through to ensure the budget is realistic and to know more of your circumstances. There are highly recommended companies on here and you can read reviews at www.iva.com. Its always recommended to speak to at least a couple so you cna compareand see where you feel most comfortable.
