Don't think he's been on today yet Wizzard. I was wondering the same myself.

He's posted on the 'Advice taken' thread Ray. He seems to be on the mend.

I have to say that i am really chilled out at the moment. I have had to let a few big things go in my life, i.e my studies. Say nowt, it's a huge thing, i am ok with it though. I need to reduce my stress levels, i'm terrified of having a heart attack or stroke, so when my IVA is finished, i am debt free, and have reversed some of the damage to my body. I will take up my studies again.

Good plan Quark, you have to think of yourself at the end of the day. I'm sure you'll do well whenever you decide to take it back up. Glad you're feeling ok. X

Thanks Viki, I just think now one thing at a time. I can relax, I've made two payments without too much stress at all. And i love all this yoga and stuff, i bet it is doing me so much good, i still have to stuff the tablets down though, not in control of that.
