hi a quick question for a friend who doesn't have internet.
he already has an IVA, can his wife get one as well?
as she is racking debts up like no tommorrow on the assumption she can no probs.
he's getting a bit worried, myself I'm not impressed

Hi grahamt and welcome to the forum

Depending upon her circumstances, it may be possible for her to propose an IVA to her creditors, and she should take advice directly from an insolvency practitioner who can take time to explain all of the options available to her.

Why rack up debts for the sake of it ! Debts have to be paid back!
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
