I do try to keep it to general answers if the post is specifically directed at a professional.

I mostly do it so the poster doesn't feel they are being ignored - the professionals are very busy and devote their spare time to the forum, so I know they are not around as often as they would like to be.

Melanie and David - if I ever overstep the mark regarding that, please let me know.

I've got no problem in you deputising for me Jan - you know almost as much about personal insolvency as I do, and I've been doing it for 24 years now!

I could never know as much as you do - I still frequently get things wrong!

I have no problem Jan too in you deputising for me - any mistake or incorrect answer can always be amended - so don't worry and keep up you good work.
