I know you said you had spoken to HFC re Philips debt - they have just sent a default notice. Philip is really cross with me that he hasn'tgot sorted at the same time as me and he thinks I have done it on purpose. I know you are not "marriage guidance counsellors" so won't bore you with that side of things.I am having support from our counselling company at work anyway Question is I (he is waiting for me to come up with solution!!!!) need to move forward on his debts. If he contacts the CAB or CCCS should be mention the conversation re potentially putting charge on the property or wait and see if they play ball on whatever payment he can offer. I am assuming the default letter is a computerised one.
