question regaurding the form RX1

hi iam in an exixting iva and have been able to keepmy house my question is regaurding the form RX1 which has been registered with the land registary does this stop me selling my house or does it just inform the ip guy

Hi wobly and welcome to the forum

The RX1 form merely advises your Supervisor of an impending sale. He has no power to stop you selling, but if you are required to release equity as part of your IVA conditions, then this would need to be paid over or else the IVA would fail.
