Quick IVA : noticed the advert on the website offering to clear the IVA within 3 months if you can come up with an upfront payment.

Is this too good to be true ? (although coming up with 25% of the overall debt could be a problem)

Thanks
All the best

I've not seen that ad.

I imagine that the only way you can clear it in three months is to come up with a full and final offer.

I've just looked, and it is a Full and Final. Great if you have the money!

I did a full and final and as Jan said, it's great if you have the money. Not a lot of people realise you can do these though, mine was the best thing I could have done.

Does this still remain on your credit record for a full 6yrs like a regular IVA?
