quick update, creditors meeting this morning.

HI all,

As you know our creditors meeting was this morning. Not good news at the moment but spoke to Sarah, one of Melanie's assistants who has explained everything to me. Northern Rock have rejected (which was expected to be honest). She took some further info from me and is getting back on to their voting team to try and negotiate.

Not sure how the rest of the voting went at the minute as the main concentration is on NR and seeing if they will re consider. I will let you know once I have any further update, just staying positive at the minute putting my faith in Melanie and her team.

Good luck to you all still waiting to hear, especially to Lulu who also has meeting today.

Sorry to hear about NR, they rejected ours too I've been following your thread with interest as our circumstances are almost identical. We were lucky in that NR had a little less than a 25% vote so were thankfully out-voted. Melanie's team worked so hard to ensure most creditors participated.

We understand how you are feeling at the moment, we really do. Just keep your head up, you have the best IP team working for you and I'm sure they will help you find the best solution to the situation. NR are being more difficult than most at the moment - a symptom of the state of the industry.

If ours had been rejected (a real possibility given that NR had such a big vote) we would have thought about a DMP until next year and then considered the SIVA next year.
