There is really no point in doing anything to stop a CCJ when you are in the process of proposing an IVA to your creditors, as the registration of a CCJ is no worse than having an IVA on your record.
You could apply for an Interim Order of the Court to stop ongoing legal action, but this will be more expensive for you and largely unecessary. I suggest that you get your IP to get cracking with the proposals as soon as possible to avoid any further legal actions against you.
