Well I have been most astonished by everyones advice and support here , just checked back in after a busy weekend and there have been 17 posts!!Thanks all...
I thank David for your help in having someone senior in DFD to take a look , obviously its who you know in this forum ..lol.If you need any extra info or talk in person will be happy to fill you in .
The circumstances have changed also since I wrote to them too in that the fiancee has been given part time hours now from full time .With my income and expenditure my average wage down from £2900 to £2760 plus my old girlfriends wage at £683 , I had a surplus to creditors of £1217.00. The IVA is £1077 leaves a £140.00 to play with , with the fiancee's wages being swallowed up who is not in the IVA .
This is about now level with girlfriends part time wage and nothing to spare after IVA payment .
I feel and have explained that at work the wage by law of averages will drop allowing absolutely no leeway . The only hope is the mortgage on a tracker is going down but it still seems a struggle . And i am not talking lavish spending they have seen all bank statements reduced wage slips and a letter detailing . Theres a recession!!
Even a 10% reduction would be favourable ..
Anyway will let you all know of developments and will be in touch with DFD tomorrow ..watch this space !! Mind that snow now:)
