So my IVA finishes next summer (not sure I can get there with current rate rises) and I'm going to need a re-mortgage as my interest only mortgage of 100k is due 2024 (house value currently 170k)
Is there any mortgage companies that will lend to ex iva's next year and as my age will be 64 by then, do you think it's feasible to try this route?

I would suggest a chat with a whole of market broker who specialises in those with an IVA, or similar, in their past.

I gather that some lenders are extending age limits to reflect our longer longevity. Hopefully you can find one.
I am not qualified to give advice and can only state my opinions, based on my IVA experiences.
